nVent Technical Customer Service Representative in Reynosa, Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Act as the first point of contact for fielding support inquiries and resolving customer issues via telephone and e-mail for the nVent Nuheat product line. You will handle 25 calls a day and 15 emails a day on average

  • Provide product knowledge and tech expertise to customers both internal and external

  • Troubleshoot product issues with customers and contractors who are on the job site

  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with troubleshooting and find solutions

  • Review return requests relative to guidelines and provide authorization for items that are deemed defective

YOU HAVE:

  • Ideally, 1+ years in electrical or technical troubleshooting is an asset

  • Experience troubleshooting electrical devices and network-connected devices is a plus

  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills especially over the phone and over email

  • Knowledge of an ERP system for quotes to customers is a plus

  • Advanced computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Ability to use problem-solving skills to assist customers
