If you are located in Richardson, TX, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 08:00am – 05:00pm CST in-office 2-3 times per week.

Our office is located at 1311 West President George Bush Highway, Richardson, TX 75080. Employees will be required to work some days on-site and some days from home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Run reports for Strategic Account Managers for existing clients

  • Identify claims trends of clients on month to month basis and work with Account Managers to communicate with employer groups

  • Primary Contact to understand and create annual reviews with customers

  • Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions to work with ad hoc reports as needed

  • Work with Account Mgt Team to deliver the data run to clients and brokers

  • Train broker on how to run reports

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Access (import data), Excel (filter, data entry), Word (working within templates), Outlook (calendar management and emails) and PowerPoint (building presentations)

  • 1+ years of analytical experience

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week in office at 1311 West President George Bush Highway, Richardson, TX 75080

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data mining/pulling (analyzing large databases in order to generate new information)
