Safety Summer Intern - $20.00/hr

GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for helping with company Safety Related tasks. A great opportunity for anyone studying for Safety management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The scope of the work will include monitoring safety violations, supporting operators, collecting data, and Safety audits, along with assisting Safety Manager with pending tasks.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Business degree program preferred.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED): Experienced in Microsoft office environment Inventory control and cycle counting experience Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.00.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
