Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social services related field (social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, sociology, or similar)

  • 1-3 years of experience implementing case management services and documenting interactions

  • Ability to pass DOC security clearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct 1:1 and group sessions with participants, ensuring all treatment goals are met.

  • Facilitate group sessions focused on life skills such as money management, health sexuality, hygiene, self-care, and refusal skills.

  • Assist with obtaining necessary documents for participants.

  • Communicate with the multi-disciplinary care team.
