Actalent Project Engineer in Richmond, Virginia
Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description
The project engineer will join the operations team to support senior staff with the processing of submittals, RFIs, RFPs, and change orders. They will be a key part of the larger projects we are taking on and will work closely with the project management team in the office.
Responsibilities
Support senior staff with the processing of submittals, RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
Assist in the management of larger projects, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Coordinate with the project management team and other departments to ensure project alignment and success.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
Ensure compliance with construction management protocols and standards.
Essential Skills
Degree in Construction Management
Experience or interest in the MEP field
Knowledge of project management and construction processes
Ability to handle RFIs, RFPs, and change orders
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in project scheduling and engineering principles
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in design, mechanical, and engineering fields
Ability to work on both large and small projects
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Work will be performed onsite and in the office. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
