Description:
Actalent's client is looking for an experience mechanical and plumbing superintendent in Richmond. They will be supporting a healthcare project out of Richmond through Gilbane. Actalent needs an experience superintendent that has experience running 5million and up mechanical and plumbing portfolios.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
Attend turnover meetings with GC, contractors, and subcontractors.
