Insight Global Meraki Technician in Ridgeland, Mississippi
Job Description
In this role, as a Meraki Technician, you will utilize your expertise and best practices around the Meraki Dashboard to provision and configure the devices and administer accurate licenses per customer requests. You will configure other customer network equipment such as routers, switches, access points and firewalls, while also providing day to day support for connectivity. You will troubleshoot network problems and outages, maintain the network devices and system upgrades, including patches and security configurations. This particular team works in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines to meet, so someone who is self-sufficient, a team player, and good at multitasking is necessary to be successful.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience with hands-on network provisioning and troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge of Meraki Dashboard Licensing and configuration
Strong understanding of VLAN, LLDP, STP, OSPF, IPSEC, HSRP and other similar protocols
Basic understanding of Cisco Webex VoIP phone system null
