JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Ripon - Ripon, WI Position Type Hourly - Production Job Shift 1st Shift- Day Description The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of incoming and outgoing inventory. Their main tasks include ensuring proper tracking and delivery of materials in the production process and coordinating material needs and supply and demand at a tactical level. The Inventory Coordinator is expected to perform at their highest level and work enthusiastically to meet or exceed the performance goals set by Walsworth. They are also instrumental in helping Walsworth achieve its goals for customer satisfaction and becoming a leading provider of printing services. The Inventory Coordinator must adhere to Walsworth\'s rules and policies outlined in various documents such as the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Manual, Work Methods, Safety Manual, and others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all data entry transactions related to inventory. Receive incoming materials. Issue materials as required based on schedules, pick lists, and purchase orders. Ship materials when necessary. Operate powered industrial trucks. Conduct cycle counting according to Materials department procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Manage paperwork and supporting documentation as per Materials department procedures. Operate meter area manifesting and postal equipment. Collaborate with manufacturing to coordinate material needs. Manage material returns from manufacturing. Read, follow, and perform work instructions. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: Basic PC skills, including retrieving tickets and ship reports from the network computer and understanding and interpreting customer requirements. Other Skills and Abilities: Good organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and schedules. Preferred experience in inventory, warehouse, or shipping and receiving. Ability to operate equipment such as a skid wrapper and other packaging equipment. A willingness to learn functional computer programs and associated equipment. Ability to work well independently or in a team. Self-motivated. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with peers and other work groups. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
