A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assist Project Managers by preparing/typing various items such as letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, outline specifications, timesheets, and expense reports

  • Prepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, agreements, professional service agreements, and transmittals)

  • Preparation for meetings and trainings including scheduling, preparing handouts, and coordinating lunches

  • Point person for proposal and capabilities packages. This includes putting together proposal covers, tabs, company information, sell sheets and assembling with remainder of the materials provided by Project Manager

  • Prepare and maintain files including job lists, subcontract tracking list, and vacation lists.

  • Answer incoming calls to the office

  • Book all travel when necessary

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-10 years of coordination experience with a general contractor is preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Procore experience a big plus

  • Must be proactive, self-reliant, flexible with changes, detail oriented and work well under pressure
