Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing-North is currently seeking a Junior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting in design, development and implementation of technical projects.

Position Overview

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and production staff to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee the highest standard of output.

• Utilize precision and attention to detail to uphold quality standards consistently.

  Qualifications :

• Education:

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other closely related field

• Skills:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

• Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to identify and solve process-related issues.

• Communication : Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

• Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy in documentation and process implementation.

• Lean Manufacturing: familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and techniques.

• 20 hours/week on average

  Total Compensation Package:

• Wage

• $19.00-$25.00/hour

• Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
