Job Title: Order Selector
Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Order Selector. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment and willing to be trained and certified on the necessary equipment. This role primarily involves working in a cold room environment. The candidate will be responsible for selecting entire orders and dropping them off in the staging area for palletizing or proper boxing for shipping.
Responsibilities
Select entire orders accurately and efficiently.
Drop off selected orders in the staging area for palletizing or proper boxing for shipping.
Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
Work in a freezer environment with temperatures reaching -15 degrees Fahrenheit.
Meet performance-based metrics and standards.
Essential Skills
Proven attendance record.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
Flexibility with working hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in loading, unloading, warehouse operations, selecting, inventory management, forklift operation, picking, and packing.
Willingness to be trained on equipment and work in a cold storage environment.
Ability to safely and properly operate a ride-along pallet jack.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROCKY HILL, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
