Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Job Description

  • The candidate will be an integral part of the team by supporting sales, procurement, customer services, and administrative departments.

  • The role involves reaching out to vendors regarding customer requests, processing orders, providing estimates and quotes, planning deliveries, and managing work orders.

  • Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with vendors and purchasing departments to optimize pricing and sourcing strategies. A significant aspect of the role is staying informed about market trends and new products, and effectively communicating the benefits and uses of our products to enhance sales opportunities.

  • Anywhere from 5-20 inbound calls are expected each day and responding to emails from customers.

  • 90 day evaluation for the opportunity to receive a raise as long with another evaluation after one year to receive a raise.

  • Looking for 2+ years of inside sales experience.

  • Inside sales in manufacturing is a plus.
