About the Opportunity:

The Associate eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager for Life Fitness / Hammer Strength will play a key role in driving digital marketing strategies for our eCommerce operations, focusing on email marketing, paid media, affiliate partnerships, SEO, and campaign development with an emphasis on our Consumer segment. LIFE FITNESS / HAMMER STRENGTH\'S ASSOCIATE ECOMMERCE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Email Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute consumer email campaigns

{=html} <!-- --> - Develop strategies for email list growth and segmentation

{=html} <!-- --> - Lead A/B testing strategies and optimize email performance based on data analysis

{=html} <!-- --> - Monitor and analyze email campaign results to continuously improve performance

{=html} <!-- --> - Drive customer loyalty and retention

Paid Media Strategy & Management

• Collaborate with agency partners to develop a full funnel paid media strategy with an emphasis on Paid Search and Paid Social

{=html} <!-- --> - Analyze in-platform and agency-provided data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven recommendations

Affiliate Marketing

• Work within an affiliate network to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies

{=html} <!-- --> - Communicate directly with affiliate partners to run campaigns and explore new opportunities

{=html} <!-- --> - Track and analyze affiliate program performance

Campaign Development

• Lead strategy for promotional and seasonal consumer campaigns, using historical analysis and industry trends

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop assets and successfully deploy campaign

{=html} <!-- --> - Determine the best mix of channels and audiences to maximize the impact of each campaign

SEO Optimization

• Develop and implement keyword strategy for SEO on eCommerce websites

{=html} <!-- --> - Conduct traffic analysis and review SEO performance regularly

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborate with internal teams to improve site SEO and performance

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related field

{=html} <!-- --> - 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting eCommerce

{=html} <!-- --> - Proficiency in Klaviyo or other email service providers (ESP)

{=html} <!-- --> - Strong experience with eCommerce email strategy and optimization

{=html} <!-- --> - Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

{=html} <!-- --> - Proven experience in developing strategies for affiliate marketing and partnerships

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is \$68,600 - \$97,600 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant\'s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
