Aerotek Tool And Die Maker in Rural Hall, North Carolina
As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be required to complete and master all job responsibilities, including maintaining finish, alignment, and exacting accuracy up to one-tenth of a thousandth inch (.0001) tolerance in the final assembly of components. You will need to be proficient in all toolroom equipment, perform development work on tooling to complete assignments and develop new experimental manufacturing processes in both the toolroom and manufacturing areas. Additionally, you will train apprentices and other toolroom personnel using standard processes, develop programs using Esprit or other CAD software for complex jobs, and demonstrate proficiency in programming all CNC equipment.
