Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in the Healthcare industry. The role is situated in Saco, Maine, 04072, United States and could possibly transition to a hybrid work model after training. As a Payroll Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll and helping with supply management administrative duties.
Responsibilities
• Serve as payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
• Perform bank reconciliations, comparing internal records with bank statements to catch any errors or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to legal regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and meet deadlines
Requirements
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately and efficiently is essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software applications and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is needed.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry is preferred.
