The Management Trainee role is a full-time, entry-level position within the management track. This position involves learning all aspects of store operations with the aim of advancing to a managerial position. Promotions can occur within the first 6-12 months based on performance and availability, potentially resulting in a significant increase in annual salary. Typically, Trainees advance to General Manager positions within three to four years. Manager Trainees must adhere to a prescribed learning plan and course of study within a designated timeframe and should be open to relocation for managerial roles. Responsibilities include: • Sales within a retail setting. • Handling freight and forklift operation, including training and certification. • Generating material estimates from blueprints. • Managing and organizing store inventory and merchandise. • Conducting payroll, invoicing, and managing inventory and POS systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with previous experience preferred. • Interpretation and analysis of common financial reports. • Ability to read blueprints and create material lists. • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.
