Farm Manager Responsibilities:\ - Ensure well-being of the horses, including feeding & stall cleaning\ - Maintain vigilance on farm operations\ - Ensure barns and associated areas are organized and well-kept\ - Assist with recruitment and training of new staff members\ - Collaborate with ownership on farm goals as well as daily and weekly task lists
