Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great work ethics, ability to read Blueprints, and desire to continue machining school and development which will align successfully in the organization. Great company culture with excellent leadership.
Job Title: Machine Shop Operator
Potential Contract To Hire opportunity
Location: St Charles, MO
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
What’s the Job?
Perform pre-shift machine shop equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.
Review work order instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
Operate manual machines as needed.
Inspect each part using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and head gauges.
What’s Needed?
Previous Schooling or manufacturing machine shops
Minimum 1 year of machine shop experience
Read Blueprints and use manual equipment for daily needs
Eagerness to learn and advance within the company
