ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be part of the operations team supporting daily manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance tasks to support daily manufacturing operations and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment regularly.
Repair building components, utility systems, and mechanical and electrical equipment.
Provide troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair services for various plant equipment.
Participate in lean manufacturing activities and initiatives.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma required; AA or Technical Degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical systems repair experience.
Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is advantageous.
Basic English written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
