ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be part of the operations team supporting daily manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance tasks to support daily manufacturing operations and equipment.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment regularly.

  • Repair building components, utility systems, and mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • Provide troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair services for various plant equipment.

  • Participate in lean manufacturing activities and initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma required; AA or Technical Degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical systems repair experience.

  • Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is advantageous.

  • Basic English written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
