Description

We are seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to attract, interview and select suitable candidates to fill job openings, and promote career opportunities within the organization. This opportunity offers a 6–12-month contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring and business needs.

• Provide information to potential applicants about the organization's facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities.

• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

• Refer suitable applicants to hiring personnel in the organization and make hiring recommendations.

• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills to effectively interact with applicants and team members.

• Use expertise in independent work and time management to efficiently carry out responsibilities.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to support the team and give constructive performance feedback.

• Apply expert knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.

• Implement principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.

• Utilize business and management principles in strategic planning for recruitment.

• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and carry out tasks.

Requirements • Proven experience in HR Recruiting

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in training, operations, and procedures

• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to use 'About Time' and other computer programs

• Experience in workstation support

• Understanding of benefit functions and hiring processes

• Strong leadership skills

• Experience with facility management and negotiation

• Knowledge of HR practices and staffing strategies

• Ability to plan strategically

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication

• Ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders

• Experience in screening applicants

• Understanding of management principles

• Willingness to adhere to established principles and practices.
