Human Resources Generalist for electronics manufacturer - SLC, UT

Job Description:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be a key player in managing HR functions including onboarding and offboarding processes, creating and delivering training, and enforcing HR policies. Your role extends to conducting exit interviews and supporting employee inquiries on HR-related topics. Expect a dynamic range of responsibilities from drafting offer letters to managing documentations like I9 forms. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks to support office operations.

  • Looking for a minimum of 2 years in Human Resources within manufacturing/industrial industry

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Prior experience with Onboarding/Offboarding
