Lawn Care Crew Lead
We are seeking experienced Lawn Care Crew Leads to join our landscaping team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading and working alongside a lawn care or landscape crew. A US Driver's License is required for this position, Driver's Privilege cards do not qualify due to insurance requirements. Previous experience leading a crew while safely operating trucks, trailers, and equipment is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and working alongside a crew of 2-3 team members to complete daily jobs to company quality standards.
- Safely driving company truck and trailer to job sites.
- Logging job details using company tablet (English or Spanish).
- Training and coaching team members as needed.
- Using a variety of landscape equipment, such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pruners.
- Performing landscape cleanup work.
Requirements:
- Minimum Class D driver's license.
- Previous professional experience with lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to safely drive company truck and trailer.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and friendly.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or objects.
- Able to work in the hot and cold temperatures.
Work Schedule:
- Average work week runs Monday through Friday, starting at 8 AM.
- Regular working season starts in March and runs through early December.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 -- 45 per week
