SALT LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE Program Manager 1, Nursing Admissions/Marketing in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Work with Health Science Admissions Director to develop marketing content, including program materials and descriptions, narratives, testimonials. Assist with developing and hosting Blogs, podcasts, and open forums using Zoom or similar media. Assist with developing print media, advertising, and digital/social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Photograph school events, create a photo library specific to the Health Sciences, for use in marketing efforts.
Assist with maintaining and updating the Health Sciences web pages.
Coordinate events specific for Nursing and Health Sciences that support current students, prospective students, and alumni with duties to include, but not limited to finding/securing suitable venues, communicating with vendors (e.g., food, linens), planning agendas, organizing staff leading up to and on the day of the event, and other logistical considerations.
Advise applicants and prospective students on the process required to meet specialized admission requirements of the Health Sciences programs with particular emphasis on Nursing.
Assist with maintaining acceptance lists and student notifications related to admissions. Schedule and assist in conducting new student orientations.
Provide support for Health Sciences marketing and outreach efforts including social media content creation and management, podcast production, webpage maintenance, videography and photography, advertising, and graphic design.
Perform verification functions relative to the conditional and full acceptance nursing admissions process including documenting returned forms, banner updates, Complio compliance and final status notifications. Update correspondence.
Perform second review of submitted and complete applications for the nursing program to ensure accuracy in scoring prior to final ranking.
Other duties as assigned.
