About the Team

We are a proactive team within the Customer Support Organization and our goal is to ensure the Workday product is deployed to maximize performance for our largest and most strategic customers. Our Program Managers focus on the creation and maintenance of Workday's Performance Methodologies that are used by the Workday and Partner Services Organizations for performance testing during customer deployments. Additionally, we lead strategic programs supporting objectives and priorities of the Proactive Support Organization.

 

About the Role

 

We are seeking a Program Manager with high attention to detail to collaborate with multiple global teams and key stakeholders to support the development and ongoing maintenance of Workday's Performance Methodologies.

 

As the "CEO of the project" the Program Manager takes full ownership of projects and programs, building strong relationships across Workday and with external partners, effectively managing expectations, and exerting indirect influence to successfully drive timely completion of projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of proven program/project management experience

  • 4+ years of experience working in an Enterprise SaaS environment

     

Other Qualifications

  • Proven analytical and p oblem-solving skills and capability to interpret client business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.

  • Ability to learn new products quickly through instruction and self-training.

  • Availability and flexibility to work with global teams in multiple time zones.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently and to adjust to shifting priorities.

  • Ability to write sophisticated formulas in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle.

  • Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, etc.

  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with HR, Financials or Payroll applications preferred

  • PMP Certification is a plus!

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

 

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $89,100 USD - $133,700 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $84,600 USD - $163,100 USD
