Stadler US Inc. seeks Commissioning Engineer Team Lead (multiple positions) in Salt Lake City, UT.
• Compose test procedures according to vehicle schematics and specification.
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Load software on various subsystems; program PLCs.
• Manage, control, and supervise Commissioning staff.
• Assist project management team in fulfilling contractual obligations to customer.
• Manage project milestones through staff supervision, planning, and coordination with project management.
Requires an Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering technology or a related field, plus 5 years of Commissioning Engineer related experience. Additionally, position requires 5 years of experience with all of the following:
• Using modern control, power vehicle, and brake diagnostic software to troubleshoot and correct issues.
• Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.
• Recommending technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance.
• Analyzing test or validation data.
