What You'll Bring to the Table:
A proven track record of culinary excellence, from following recipes to the meticulous attention to detail that creates unparalleled pastries and baked goods.
The physical ability to handle large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies, often weighing over 50 lbs, with the stamina to stand, lift, and mix throughout the day.
The adaptability to embrace change and maintain a sharp focus on the baking process.
A passion for early mornings, with shifts starting at 4 AM or earlier, ready to welcome the day with your culinary artistry.
Qualifications:
1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to quickly decorate and perfect our delightful pastries.
A commitment to upholding all food handler and sanitation standards as per regulatory requirements.
Formal baking/pastry education is a plus, but not a requirement-we value skill and passion above all.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age to join our team as an Assistant Pastry Chef.
