Our Client is Hiring! This is fully remote but candidates MUST sit in CST. As a CS Exceptions Representative in our dynamic call center, you will play a crucial role in the backend processes for exception orders, ensuring high productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to exceptions workbaskets, ensuring that all orders in exceptions are addressed promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
salary: $14.99 - $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Interacts with customers via email and internally via teams and email.
Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory.
Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
May schedule field service repair calls.
Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
