Job Description
Retail Supervisor:
The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, inventory, sanitation, payroll, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.
Job Responsibilities
Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.
Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Coordinates the moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage area (s) and or floor displays
Handles the storing of all incoming merchandise in assigned locations
Ensures correct pricing on all products on the floor
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to use telephone, computer, Micros Point of Service (POS) system
Must be flexible to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends
