What you'll bring

  • Strong knowledge of desktop computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms), Concur, Outlook and proficiency learning and adapting to new software and applications

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment while providing superior service levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. and 5+ years of administrative support experience. An associate’s or bachelor's degree is also a plus or equivalent work experience.

How you will lead

  • As an Executive Assistant Business Partner on the team, you will be supporting multiple Directors and their overall teams.

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and catering when necessary

  • Performs high-level administrative assistance, and general office duties such as management of calendars and scheduling to support teams based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.

  • Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team events

  • Special projects for department and/or corporate initiatives coordinated and administered Travel coordination
