Insight Global Group Manager of Core Finance Systems in San Diego, California
Job Description
A major fintech client is seeking a Group Manager of Core Finance Systems to join the accounting/finance organization reporting to the Director of Finance Transformation and Data Governance. This is a functional leadership role that will collaborate across multiple finance teams and IT engineering organizations to modernize the company's core financial systems. This individual should have experience successfully implementing financial systems - they should have an understanding of financial systems to advise on system implications, identify controls and risks when integrating the system. They will collaborate with stakeholders both within the finance scope and beyond to develop effective solutions to business challenges. Additionally, they will be leading a team of 8 process architects/BSA's, so it is crucial that this individual has experience with people management and leadership. The goal of this role is to scale finance's impact across the greater organization and ultimately drive transformation and change.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience implementing financial systems
Experience working with technical teams with an understanding of the SDLC process from requirements gathering to solutioning etc.
Leadership/people management experience with the ability to develop change management strategies
Strong understanding of financial business processes such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, economics, or a related field - Fintech background
Experience leading ERP implementations or migrating an ERP system to the cloud null
