Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler
Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
Location: San Jose, CA 95131
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hr
Job Description
Position Summary: As a Cleanroom Assembler, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing operations team, assembling intricate parts in a controlled environment. Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols is essential to prevent contamination.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Follow safety policies and cleanroom procedures.
Adhere to documentation procedures, including Work Release and Non-Conformance Reports.
Read and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Work Instructions.
Maintain cleanroom standards and housekeeping.
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
Work under close supervision and in a team environment.
Use tools proficiently and perform in-process inspections.
Recognize and address minor equipment issues, notifying supervisors of discrepancies.
Operate machinery, inspect final products for defects, and label finished products correctly.
Apply company policies and procedures to daily tasks.
Train new hires and ensure OSHA safety regulations are followed.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
Understanding of product process flow.
Ability to identify and communicate operational problems.
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
Proficiency with air tools and blueprint reading.
Must be able to read and understand English.
Physical Demands:
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and machinery.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Maintain visual concentration on detailed documentation and assemblies.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of related experience.
Typical Education:
- High school diploma with additional post-secondary courses or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
