Zoom Growth Engineer in San Jose, California
What you can expect
As a Senior Growth Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading software programs. The ideal candidate will come with experience in both frontend and backend. This person will own the design and architecture.
About the Team
Zoom is expanding its product suite with an exciting new team focused on enhancing the way people collaborate- Zoom Docs. This team integrates closely with Zoom Meeting and AI to enhance productivity and create seamless work experiences. Our goal is to achieve significant user growth and revenue milestones through rapid innovation.
Responsibilities
Developing core product features and functionalities.
Developing integrations with other Zoom products and capabilities, including meetings and AI.
Enhancing product performance, scalability, and reliability.
Partnering with product manager and designers to drive growth.
Collaborating with Ops teams to achieve production excellence.
Deriving insights from product metrics to enhance product roadmap.
What we’re looking for
Experience with Typescript, React, and GoLang.
Have experience with AI or Machine Learning.
Experience in production operations.
Be able to translate data into actionable insights.
Be able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$118,600.00
Maximum:
$259,500.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
