Warehouse Manager
Category: Exempt – Supervisory
Job Function: Oversee materials planning, inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years in materials management, with at least 4 years in warehouse management. A background in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities, computer literate, and familiar with SAP. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team responsible for distributing inventory to production lines efficiently and on time.
Ensure materials are delivered cost-effectively while maintaining high quality standards.
Collaborate with purchasing, project managers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Expedite parts and manage inventory cycle counts accurately.
Oversee the proper shipping and documentation of finished goods.
Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
