Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Santa Ana, California. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with meticulous data management, inventory checks, and maintaining financial records. This role also includes aspects of human resources, such as managing time clock punches and processing payroll.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer data from emails
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts
• Handle full cycle accounts payable duties
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and cost accounting
• Manage timeclock punches and process payroll on a weekly basis
• Ensure accurate record keeping for customer credit applications
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks for various tasks
• Perform month-end close procedures
• Handle account reconciliation tasks efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrable skills in Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
• Ability to manage Raw Material Inventory
• Experience with Time Clock systems
