Execute business and sales strategies.
Responsible for adhering to defined budget, policies and procedures for sales function and marketing initiatives.
Leverage knowledge of the industry and national market to assess the challenges and opportunities within assigned territories.
Provide feedback to team members regarding job performance and professional development.
Collaborate with Human Resources to assist with the onboarding, training and implement performance improvement plans when sales members job performance does not meet expectations.
Responsible for effective planning to achieve development of current accounts, win back lost accounts and cultivate new accounts and produce adequate sales volumes to meet/exceed sales goals.
Achieve minimum growth sales required for the national geographic area.
Responsible to be a motiavating leader to the sales force on the entire product line and in the marketplace.
Maintain constant communication with direct report. Report all developments as they occur. IE: Customers, competitors and market changes.
Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
Willing to travel up to 65 percent.
