Robert Half Senior Customer Service Representative in Santa Rosa, California

Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and further elevate our customer experience. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, resolving escalated customer inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.

  • Act as a mentor to junior customer service representatives, providing training, support, and feedback on performance.

  • Conduct regular review meetings with team members to analyze performance and identify areas of improvement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback.

  • Assist in recruiting and training new customer service representatives.

  • Stay updated with the company's new products, services, or policies.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

  • Three or more years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
