We are searching for the best talent for an Innovative Solutions Specialist contract Fixed term to be in Santiago, Chile

Purpose: The Innovative Solutions Specialist is responsible for implementing, developing, shaping, and following up on the innovative solutions portfolio, including operational efficiency projects and internal and external innovation initiatives within each Cluster.

This responsibility extends to project management, executing trainings, installations/solution deployments, KPI and metrics analytics to ensure contract compliance, technical service issue resolution and/or escalation, and solution follow-up with our customers.

You will be responsible for:

Ensure that solution implementations occur with responsibility and adherence to business ethics, compliance, and legal principles.

Flawlessly implement contracted solutions on-site with Clients. This includes:

  • Developing an execution timeline and project management tools for every implementation and ensuring they remain on track and on time.

  • Identifying, communicating, and proposing actions with clients’ key stakeholders to maximize the value generated by the solutions.

  • Providing training to account/client personnel on the use of the solution. Develop training materials based on global materials for the Cluster.

  • Becoming the local solutions expert by undergoing training and understanding each of our solutions and its value proposition.

  • Requesting hardware/software internally and ensuring their installation in the account with appropriate documentation.

  • Requesting hardware/software internally to have the right availability for implementation and as backups in case of contingencies.

  • Ensuring the functionality of solutions from the beginning by providing first-level support and/or escalating issues to regional/global teams or external providers when necessary.

  • Providing data on solution outcomes to ensure visibility of results (one-pagers) and to demonstrate accounts' contract compliance regarding the agreed value exchange.

  • Support the team in executing internal and external innovation projects.

o Execute Internal and External personnel training on the initiatives and innovation. Develop training material for this means.

o Execute internal innovation framework (Idea Lab) existing efforts and additional ones.

§ Value added Innovation Solutions

§ Innovation HUB KPIs, metrics, funnel and follow up.

§ Lead and prepare material to ensure communication happens internally surrounding Innovation.

o Execute external innovation efforts (Comunidad Healthtech) existing and new ones:

o Provide data on Innovation efforts, both to ensure visibility on results (one pagers) and selected initiatives hand off to the right teams.

o Coordinate, align and collaborate with internal areas to ensure accomplishment of the goals of each initiative.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and utilize current and emerging customer insights to build a more effective long-term solutions and stakeholder alignment strategy.

  • Develop strong relationships with different partners to establish a working network for exchanging information, learning, and testing ideas.

  • Define and communicate where there is synergy among Business Units and Strategic Accounts for "value journey" assembly with one or more solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar. A Master of Science or Master of Business Administration is preferred.

  • Experience: Ideally 4-7 years of working experience.

  • Required Knowledge: Consulting experience; Customer Centricity; Business and financial acumen; Software/IT understanding; Project management and execution; Solution implementation; PMO; SCRUM experience; AGILE knowledge (desired); AI, Data Science, EHR knowledge would be considered a plus; Healthcare knowledge is a plus.

  • Required Skills: Consulting; Data analytics; Process Optimization; Customer insights and analytics; Strong communication and leadership skills; Influencing, negotiation, and partnering skills within a matrix environment; Hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude; Strategic, critical, and innovative thinking; Execution-oriented; Ability to navigate uncertainty and resilience for new approaches.

  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
