What you will do:

Responsible for overseeing Stryker Chile's logistics operations, the Logistics Supervisor ensures the proper movement of materials in and out, including FreeStock locations and 3PL-related items. This role involves participating in operational projects, defining and systematizing information, managing control processes, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The supervisor also guarantees compliance with safety standards, internal quality actions, and ISO 13.485 standards.

  • Supervise Stryker's logistics processes, focusing on product handling, warehouse organization, process compliance, and operational KPIs.

  • Control inventories and coordinate receiving, picking, and dispatching.

  • Maintain updated records and manage non-conformities.

  • Continuously monitor and improve inventory reports, ensure product availability, and supervise movements according to established procedures.

  • Provide operational visibility through reports and KPIs.

  • Participate in projects and improvements, support areas related to inventory, and execute destruction processes.

  • Maintain communication with other areas to resolve issues.

  • Promote order, cleanliness, and the use of EPP, complying with safety standards.

  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including the FCPA and Stryker's Code of Conduct.

What you need:

  • 4 years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, inventory/operations control, and people management.

  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse management systems (JDE preferred).

  • Experience working in an ISO 13485:2003 or comparable environment (desirable).

  • Proven experience ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding health and safety, regulatory and hazardous materials, as well as internal policies and procedures.

  • Experience in Lean/6 Sigma, driving continuous improvements (based on clear KPIs), and a proven track record in promoting and ensuring 5S will be an advantage.

  • Experience leading teams.

  • Degree in Engineering, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Storage, Supply, or related field.

  • Advanced Excel skills (required).

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical devices (desirable).
