The Job:

Admin Assistant of the commercial area. Support to the Chilean sales team, in administrative functions and in the execution of customer loyalty actions. Support in the management control of the area's budget.

The Daily

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives

  • Provide administrative support

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices (T&E control, SAP, Concur and Ariba)

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases

  • Assist in preparing events, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including arranging catering and booking conference rooms

  • ⁠Coordinate travel arrangements for executives

  • Assist executives, staff, customers, suppliers and internal and external partners.

Nice to haves

  • English (level medium or more)

  • Excel & Power Point knowledge
