Oracle Business Operations Analyst - Support 3 in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Job Description

The Business Operations team is seeking a Business Operations Support Analyst to join the LOB Ops team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can effectively manage operations tasks, territory management and financial reconciliation while driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Enhance pipeline quality by monitoring key issues (Past Due, Deal Qualification, Consumption Plan, Actions to Close) and enabling adjustments.

  • Provide strategic support to Sales Reps on Account/Territory Planning, Bookings, Quotes, and Compensation policies.

  • Maintain high data accuracy in Territory and Account management.

  • Territory assignments an update in alignment with business metrics changes.

  • Facilitate finance reconciliation by comparing finance vs. won deals, ensuring full alignment with Sales Cloud.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in sales planning and forecasting.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
