We are searching the best talent for an Analyst, Business Intelligence that can be in Mexico City , Panama, Bogota or Sao Paulo.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data life-cycle management

Manage processes to support acquisition, integration, and distribution of data.

Handle current inventory of data, ensure appropriate usage of data, and establish metrics to measure the quality of data.

Create and update data catalogs to provide a comprehensive view of the data inventory.

Data QualityoAssess data quality requirements.

Track and Evaluate data quality issues under a DQ CI framework:

  • Data Quality Improvement Lifecycle.Manage & Communicate to BACI Team members Data Validation in place and in-progress.Determine business impact level for data quality issues.Prevent and/or timely resolve problems regarding the quality of the data under their responsibility.Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions (Process, People and Technology)Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality. It includes address with IT tools and technology solutions.Develop and execute data cleanup process.oWork with IT, BACI, CoEs or other Business stakeholders to work and implement recommendations on data issues.Work with other BACI member and business to define acceptable levels of data quality.Design and monitor data quality scorecards.

  • Data GovernanceEstablish the tasks to ensure data governance from the business, operational, technical and project point of view.Establish, promote, and implement data governance rules, policies, and standards. Identify and track Key business terms (based on priority)

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, data management analysis, statistics, or a related field.

  • Desirable: deep knowledge of datasets, knowledge of data management practices (including tools and processes) and relevant regulatory guidelines.

  • Experience with commercial data sources: CRM (Veeva), Market Audits, Sales Force Effectiveness.

  • Experience interpreting and organizing large amounts of data.

  • Display of good research and organizational abilities.

  • Some knowledge delivering complex data related engagements.

  • Strong technical skills - including excel, SQL, Qlik Sense, Python or Power BI

  • Intermediate English is required.

  • Portuguese and/or Spanish is necessary
