*Landscape Crew Leaders *As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll oversee a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The following responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
- Coordinate daily tasks and assignments, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Assist with landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and hardscape construction.
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates and any issues that arise.
*Grass-cutters *would be responsible for ensuring lawns and outdoor areas are neatly trimmed and maintained. The following responsibilities include:
- Operate lawn mowers and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Trim edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls to maintain a clean appearance.
- Remove debris and leaves from lawns and outdoor areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the landscape/maintenance field
- A valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
