Wittenberg Weiner Consulting LLC Computer System Administrator in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois
CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is seeking a Computer System Administrator supporting the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) at Scott Air Force Base, IL.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
Monitor and respond to hardware and software issues; escalate to vendor support when required.
Provide first-level support to clients by answering questions and resolving technical issues in person, over the phone, or electronically.
Document and update trouble tickets accurately in the ticketing system.
Assist in developing solutions for application issues, system administration tasks, and basic network concerns.
Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability for all system users.
Assist in monitoring and testing website performance to ensure proper functionality and minimize interruptions.
Coordinate and support software and hardware installations.
Expected salary range: $70,000-$80,000.
This position is contingent on vacancy.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications

CompTIA Security + Certification
Experience installing, configuring and supporting local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and internet systems.
Experience monitoring network to ensure network availability.
Experience providing support for network availability.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
This position supports a U.S. Government contract; per the Return to In-Person Work executive order, this position may change to 100% on client site and the candidate will be required to align work accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications
Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Current, active Secret security clearance.
Experience providing help desk support for software.
Working knowledge of Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) desired.
