Beacon Hill Staffing Group Accounts Payable Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists! My goodness, we could use your help! Well, our client can! Our client, located near South Seattle, is in need of a tried-and-true Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to work on a temporary to hire basis.
As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to process:
- high volume data entry
- coding to the correct account
- tracking down approvals
- matching to Purchase Orders
- various related AP duties as needed
This is an incredible opportunity to work for a stable, and quickly growing/thriving company!
This is an on site position.
To be considered for this specific position you would need:
- 2+ year of A/P or accounting experience along with fast and accurate ten key
- ERP experience/exposure
- Intermediate MS Excel
