Accolade's Government Solution Autism Care Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time Clinical Autism Nurse Manager. We prefer applicants who are close to our offices. Strong applicants who are outside of the office radius will be considered as well. This position is 5 days a week. The program hours are between 7am - 8pm PST. Applicants could be expected to work a couple of earlier and/or later with variable shifts. As an Autism Care Steward on the Government Solutions team, you will be the direct leader for a team of nurses (Autism Service Navigators) and non-clinical team (Autism Coordinators) supporting the Autism Care Demonstration. Improve team performance: * Create an atmosphere within your team that is consistent with our Accolade culture * Effectively balance the workload of your team members. With an eye to quality and productivity * Understand Accolade clinical processes and hold team members accountable for process execution * Leverage data to analyze and understand your team's performance. * Motivate your team to achieve operational goals * Explain Accolade priorities or decisions in a way that obtains understanding and buy-in from your team. * Foster an environment where team members demonstrate accountability * Identify best practices and work with leadership to incorporate them into practice What we are looking for... * A Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a current unrestricted license * A minimum of 5 years of active practice in their respective clinical area (Experience in Pediatrics, Behavioral health and/or ASD (autism spectrum disorder) preferred) * Bachelor's Degree * Ability to lead a team of professionals in a high-touch telephonic environment, including motivating team members to achieve both their professional and personal goals * Create and continually foster a positive team environment * Recognize and develop talent * Possess excellent communication skills, organization skills with a high tolerance for change Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, visi To view the full job description,
