As an *Estimator/Sales Project Coordinator, *you will:
The Estimator/Sales Project Coordinator is to act as support agent for the Project Managers and Management in both sales and technical role with some involvement of business development.
- In the technical support area: Responsible for inspecting roofs with great attention to detail and the customer's needs.
- Responsibility to provide the Project Manger an accurate tech assessment of the existing roof system with conditions included proper pictures as a provide a clear view of roof conditions
- Conduct meetings with the Project Managers to determine the appropriate scope of work for the proposal and discuss your findings on roof conditions observations, core samples, etc. to determine the best recommendations for the customer
- Determine scope of work, and estimates and proposals have been reviewed and approved, then prepare a bid and proposal package that includes a company proposal, autoquotes of the system, pictures and detailed roof ing drawings
- Supporting the Project Manager in the Sales and Business Development space
- Support in lead development, drive by/business card collection, pass-outs, internet research, product samples, material pricing and code management
This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good teamwork, communication and commitment skills
- Able to do 18-25 proposals per month (dependent on leads coming in)
- Some knowledge in commercial roofing is ideal but not required
- Be able to lift objects up to 60 lbs., ascend ladders and perform work at elevated positions
Salary: $60-70K
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
