What we offer: - Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) - 401(k) with company match - Training and Career Development - Generous Paid Time-Off Responsibilities: - Recruitment and Retention of retail merchandisers through training and development. - Manage team scorecard to ensure associate meets the merchandising requirements as established by the client. - Partner with client representatives to conduct in-store training and development days for team members. - Assign merchandisers to stores and maintain work schedules for direct reports. - Complete timely and accurate reporting including: recaps, audits, itineraries, timekeeping, expense and other required reports. - Build productive relationships with members of the Client and Talent Acquisition team.
