100% FTE
HYBRID – ON SITE MINIMUM 2 DAYS AND AS BUSINESS NEEDS REQUIRE POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Provides analysis that is necessary for Senior Leadership to be able to make decisions regarding organizational priorities
Manages a portfolio of assigned clinical, operational, strategic, business development, regulatory, process improvement and special projects
Manages all aspects of project management including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing phases and management of project scope, timeline, costs, risks and quality efforts
Employs experience successfully implementing and managing clinical, operational and/or health care related project DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The UW MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE implement projects that support our clinical, operational and fiscal strategic priorities. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes on project plans, maintain and track progress, manage impacts to budget and/or timelines
Track risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for each project
Proposes solutions and develop mitigation plans for troubled projects
Reports regular status of current efforts, achieved milestones, and current risks and issues in formal documented status reports and in a variety of meeting venues
Manages dashboard requests between UW Medicine operational stakeholders and UW Medicine IT Services
Schedules and facilitate preparation meetings with operational stakeholders to align on talking points (e.g., successes, barriers, action plans) and speaking roles
Initiates and plan projects using standard tools and processes including: Project Charter, Project Plan, Timeline, Risk/Issues Log and Status Reports REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business related field
5-6 years project/program management experience
Financial and data analytics experience
Meeting and schedule facilitation
Well versed in Microsoft SUITE, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.
