Additional Compensation Details: Rate of Pay - $80k - $110k a year Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities The Role Ensure timely packaging and filling of orders, organize and supervise the processing lines, help train new hires, work with warehouse operations manager and other supervisors to solve problems and keep production running smoothly, complete other assigned tasks as needed. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Oversee the repack department. Manage employee performance, hiring and corrective counseling with support from the Warehouse Operations Manager and HR. Monitoring, evaluating and improving KPI's in order to achieve Repack performance objectives. Monitor all activities during the day to ensure the smooth operation of the Repack team. Responsible for the daily scheduling of Repack personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive products at the facility in a productive and cost-efficient manner. Directs the day-to-day activities of the department. Responsible for department overtime rates. Communicating issues such as out of stock product(s), errors, and changes to process and procedures to the team and to other internal stakeholders. Responsible for Repack safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of OSHA local and state regulations. Responsible for conveying maintenance of equipment and all necessary repairs to the Maintenance Dept. Ensures that the repack personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions. Responsible for supporting all Food Safety Initiatives including managing the Safe Quality Food (SQF) System, PrimusGFS and Organic Certification requirements. Responsible for support of Repack Safety Initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Minimum of two (2) years in leadership role. Self-starter, strategic and independent thinker with excellent business acumen. Excellent time management and capable of meeting work schedule deadlines. Adaptability/Flexibility, with the ability to react quickly to changing requirements from internal and external conditions while maintaining good communication with all parties involved. Working knowledge of general workplace safety practices (OSHA). Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
