*DOCUSIGN, INC. IN SEATTLE, WA SEEKS *Sr. Technical Program Manager (JOB CODE IMK538) * *TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING JOB DUTIES: Own a program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for that program. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for customers. Define end to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teams. Define communication plans. Identify and track risks to project delivery and overall program schedule. Conduct change management efforts that impact different cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management. Keep leadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and results. Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

*Education: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 5 year of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the position offered or in a computer-related occupation. 

Experience to include:

  1. Requirements analysis;
  2. System architecture for marketing technologies and e-commerce platforms;
  3. Technical Writing and documentation;
  4. Agile methodologies, and Kanban tools for Agile execution;
  5. Data Analysis and business metrics;
  6. Change Management;
  7. Third party software integrations and product Launches;
  8. Snowflake;
  9. Rest APIs;
  10. Figma and Lucid Chart tools for visualization;
  11. Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence.

Salary:                 * Washington Pay Range: *$176,000-$214,350 per year base salary + corporate benefits
